What is the standard shipping time for furniture orders?
Most of our standard furniture pieces are delivered within 7-14 business days. Custom-made items or larger modular sofas may take 4-6 weeks for production and specialized white-glove delivery.
Do you offer white-glove delivery and assembly?
Yes, for a flat fee we offer white-glove service which includes room-of-choice delivery, professional assembly of your new furniture, and the removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in original condition. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
At Livom, we prioritize the planet. Our wood is FSC-certified, and we use OEKO-TEX certified fabrics to ensure your home is free from harmful chemicals while supporting responsible forestry.
How do I care for my Livom sofa?
We recommend regular vacuuming with a soft brush attachment. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Most of our sofa covers are removable and can be professionally dry cleaned.
Do you provide fabric samples before I purchase?
Absolutely. You can order up to five fabric swatches for free through our website to help you choose the perfect texture and color for your living space.
