Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble furniture if necessary and place items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
